Data use
Arthur YouTube Sync uses YouTube API Services to access channel and video metadata, aggregate performance reports and related operational records for authorised personal analysis. Reporting data is processed and stored using Google-hosted services. Google handles read-only authorisation.
Sharing
Google processes data to provide these services. When the operator requests external analysis, selected reporting data may also be processed by OpenAI. Data is not sold or used for advertising targeting. Use and transfer of Google API data must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Reports remain stored until refreshed or removed by the operator. Retention is limited to the authorised reporting purpose and applicable YouTube requirements: continued authorisation must be checked at least every 30 days; data subject to a 30-day refresh or deletion limit must be refreshed or deleted within that period.
Request deletion or raise privacy questions at arthurs.sleepy.history@gmail.com. The operator is responsible for deleting requested data and controlled copies as soon as possible, within seven calendar days. Provider-managed backups follow provider deletion processes.
Revoke access through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops further authorised retrieval but does not itself erase stored reports; relevant authorised data must be deleted as soon as possible, within 30 calendar days. Deletion by this application does not delete data held by YouTube.
Website and policies
The hosting provider may process IP addresses and browser information and use security cookies to deliver and protect these pages.
